Watch Paolo Nutini’s ‘Iron Sky’ at Abbey Road

Scottish singer/songwriter Paolo Nutini has kept out of the spotlight for the past few years, but with the new album Caustic Love slated to come out April 14, he is returning to the music industry with a soulful bang.

Nutini recently turned in an amazing performance at London’s Abbey Road Studios, offering up a heart wrenching version of the track “Iron Sky” with a spot-on backing band and an Instagram-worthy filter.

The song highlights Nutini’s powerful vocals, as well as a snippet from Charlie Chaplin’s noteworthy speech from 1940 film The Great Dictator, in which the comedian states, “Don’t give yourselves to these unnatural men, machine men, with machine minds and machine hearts. You are not machines. You are not cattle. You are men.”

Count Grammy-winning pop songstress Adele as one artist who was impressed.

“F**k!!! This is one of the best things I’ve ever seen in my life hands down,” she tweeted.
